Christina Perri: She is an American singer-songwriter and musician from Philadelphia. Her most famous song "Jar of Hearts" charted in the United States after it was featured on Fox television show, So You Think You Can Dance in 2010. On may 10, 2011 Christinas "Jar of Hearts" was featured on Glee (season 2 episode 20 "Prom Queen"). She has only recently had one album Lovestrong (2011-present)

My Opinion: This song is about a girl waiting on a boy, and she is nervous to talk to him. When he is alone, with no one around she gets closer to him, because she obviously really likes him. Honestly, I dont think I have felt that way about anyone, but I do love this song. I love the rhythm of it and the piano, with the backup vocalists.
I agree with you. The rhythm of the piano with the back up singers is great. Christina Perri has a great voice and A thousand years is one of my absolute favorite songs. I like the fact that you inserted some lyrics from her song into your blog post. Great work!
